ARE YOU READY TO DIVE IN? Get to know our beautiful university INSIDE AND OUT.

Palm Beach Atlantic University is a comprehensive, faith-based liberal arts university.

A university that offers more than just a place to earn a degree. Learning that takes you out of the classroom and into the real world. Professors who are as concerned with ensuring a solid foundation for your life as they are building your résumé. An education that has the potential to impact you — and the world. Welcome to Palm Beach Atlantic University, Florida’s top Christian college.

Our total enrollment is 3,764 students with 2,227 traditional daytime undergraduate students.

Our undergraduate student-faculty ratio is 12 to 1, with an average class size of 17 students. We pride ourselves on attention to the individual student, which is why you'll never see a teaching assistant at our university.

Located on the water in West Palm Beach, PBA offers:

  • A Christ-centered education — that infuses our more than 50 undergraduate and graduate programs, our “smart” classrooms and our state-of-the-art facilities.
  • National recognition — The Princeton Review named PBA among the 138 institutions in its "Best in the Southeast" section of its website feature, "2014 Best Colleges: Region by Region."
  • Dedicated faculty — Christian men and women who are not only brilliant, but are down to earth and committed to your success.
  • Small classes — with a 12:1 student-to-faculty ratio and an average class size of just 17 so that you and your professors truly get to know one another.
  • Research opportunities — the chance to work alongside your professors even in your first year.
  • Community service — we call it “Workship” (“work” and “worship”), an extensive community service program where you’ll serve God by serving others.
  • A tropical location — to enhance your leisure time through water sports and relaxing on the beach — and to enhance your learning time through aquatic research.
  • Internships — with the Palm Beaches right out your door, you’ll intern at some of the top companies in the nation.
  • Student services — including access to an advisor who will partner with you throughout your time at PBA.
  • Clubs and organizations — so that you can make friends, develop as a leader and have fun.
  • Division II athletics — as well as intramurals and club sports — and the 96-acre athletic Rinker Athletic Campus. Our $8.2 million Rinker Sports Center at the RAC will be completed in Fall 2017.

We are an NCAA Division 2 university and we compete in the Sunshine State Conference. In the 2017-18 year, we will have 15 sports at Palm Beach Atlantic, including women's lacrosse for the first time.

We are all about building Christian game-changers both on and off the field. Recently, that's been more true than ever. Our athletic department has seen tremendous success on the field, highlighted by our volleyball team's run to the NCAA Championship Game in 2015. Our men's soccer team appeared in and hosted an Elite Eight game in 2015, while making its' second straight Sweet 16 appearance this fall.

It's an exciting time to be a Sailfish.

Our brand new women's lacrosse program will only add to that excitement. #FEARtheFISH

Did You Know? We are the only "Sailfish" in all of college athletics.
